Our Sleep Set duo promises a great night's sleep from the first night of application* and consists of the following two (2) full-sized (30mL) roll-on essential oil blends:
1) Sweet Dreams 🌙 Mixed with the following essential oils: dōTERRA Balance, dōTERRA Breathe, and tons of Lavender! Infused with natural lavender flower & natural chamomile herbs. Lavender flowers are also added to your final blend unless specified to be removed by purchaser.
2) Stay Asleep 💜 Mixed with the following essential oils: Lavender Oil, Vetiver Oil, Frankincense Oil, Cedarwood Oil, & Grounding Blend. Infused with natural dried chamomile herb and lavender flowers. Jasmine flowers are also added to your final blend unless specified to be removed by purchaser. Please allow at least 4 hours minimum for sleep when using this blend.
Each Sleep Set comes with a complimentary 5mL roll-on of Nerve Calmer (Worth $24), along with other 5/8 dram samples of our other Featured Blends currently available.

Use our Sweet Dreams blend to help ease into a good night's rest by applying to inner wrists, temples and at the bottoms of feet 10-15 minutes before bedtime. For those having trouble staying asleep, please apply our Stay Asleep blend using the same application methods as Sweet Dreams.**
Each blend listed is mixed with organic coconut, sweet almond, jojoba, and grapeseed oils unless specified by purchaser at the time of purchase. These organic carrier oils provide the best skin absorption that promises maxium absorption when applied topically.
*Use according to reflexology (hand & foot massage charts) for the best results. Follow our instructions guidelines for reccomended use on our "How to Apply" page.
**Note that it's okay to be generous in the appication of each blend, but start lightly when you're first starting to use our Stay Asleep blend. It can and may leave you a bit drowsy if the user does not allocate enough time for sleep during use!
